Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny February 3 1950) is an American actress from America. She gained prominence between the late 1970s to mid-80s, when she was featured in several television programs, which generally featured glamorous looks. Fairchild's career began in 1973, playing Jennifer Pace on the CBS soap opera Search for Tomorrow. She appeared as Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress did this. In 1980 she took the role of Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), in which she was awarded an Golden Globe Award nomination for the Best Actress for the Television Series Drama. Fairchild co-starred alongside ABC on the soap Paper Dolls during 1984. In addition, she appeared as Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 until 1986. Fairchild was actively involved in theatre as well as in guest roles for television series like Roseanne Cybill, Friends as well as Murphy Brown. For the show, she received an Primetime Emmy Award. She serves as a board member of SAG-AFTRA. Her first stage appearances were at local theaters for community performances when she was eight. Following graduation from an all girls Catholic High School. Maggie Lawson began her career when she was just eight years old beginning with theatrical performances. Later, she moved from Los Angeles for her first TV pilot when she was 15. She was 15 when she moved to Los Angeles to begin her first television pilot.
