Ariel was born 14 December 1987 in Unalakleet, America, to Jim Tweto Jim Tweto and Freno Tweto. Ariel Eva Tuadraq Atauchaq Tweto was her birth name at the time she was born. Alya is her sister. While her father was in Alaska to promote the sport of hockey, they got to know each other. Era Alaska was founded by her parents after he fell in love. Ariel as well as Alya were born in Nome the city in and Nome, Alaska. She attended Emerson College before graduating from Chapman University. Ariel's acting career started at an early age when she starred in the show Wipeout. Her fame was based on an incident when she asked her mother to explain a pole in the room that she did not notice. The interest shown by audiences in the young girl leads directors to seek out the Tweto family with the idea of the show on their lives deep in the Alaskan wilderness. The father Jim doubts the idea but he gives the OK for cameras to be filmed in his office. Era Alaska continues to be his aviation firm as a former bush pilot. Flying Wild Alaska was a huge success for Discovery Channel because it showed how difficult that the Tweto family faces with their company. It is thrilling to see Americans living in a wilderness-like setting. Ariel eventually earned her pilot license in April of 2012. She later takes over the operation of the Flying Alaska family's business after the death from her father. Alaskans are worried with the high rate of suicides among adolescents, which could be up to seven times higher than the national average. Ariel has responded by co-founding Popping Bubbles. She visits schools and youth forums in order to educate young people about ways they can lead their lives and chase their ambitions, and not be a victim of depression.
