Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson was an American actress. Elson began her career as an actor as a young child and as model. Her most well-known role is as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction show. Andrea was chosen to play Lynn Tanner, in ALF (1986) after she auditioned. She continued to work for a long time on different popular TV shows as well as Movies of the Week before going into the entertainment field in order to spend time with her family. ALF occurred during a challenging time to Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. In a 2000 retrospective in People Elson said developing as an actress in the midst of the sitcom-viewing audience was a challenge. When she was in New York City in 1969, Elson grew within the world of travel because her advertising father was a traveling salesman. When she was ten years old, she'd lived within New York Chicago San Diego Los Angeles. Andrea got her agent while in San Diego, where she was the first to win a part for which she auditioned. Fusco supported the idea by saying, "ALF can drink beer because he is older than 285." In the years when ALF began to be becoming more famous, NBC said that Fusco would not be able to continue having ALF drinking alcohol with the kids. It was considered a bad image of a role model. However, even though Fusco thought that ALF was a mature man, he is able to do what he does with drinking ... Death. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was treated successfully and his cancer was at a high level of remission through the end of 2019. He died from the disease on June 26, 2019 aged 75 in the Lillian Booth Actors Home in Englewood New Jersey.
